ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECT OR THROUGH USA DEALERS MUST BE
RETURNED DIRECT TO BRIGHTSCREEN FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL IMPORTERS
ARE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AND POLICIES AS OFFERED
BY THE INDIVIDUAL IMPORTER / SUPPLIER

All camera focusing screens are offered with a limited
lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

Under this policy we will repair or replace, at our option, the screen
as determined necessary for one half (50%) of the current price.

All other new products offered by Brightscreen® include a
full one year or factory warranty on all parts and labor.

All standard Brightscreen® products are offered with a
10 day unconditional money back satisfaction privilege.

We will not accept any damaged, abused or incomplete packaging
of merchandise for return, exchanges or credits.

Refunds are a privilege, not required by law.

Screens ordered with custom crop or composition
format lines are not offered with return privileges.

Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.

All merchandise returned after 10 days is subject to our current
return policies and a return authorization is required.

Items returned after 10 days are subject to our current return policies.

Return authorizations for merchandise after 10 days, please call
