New orders
for all products are currently 7 to 14 days +/- production time.
All orders have been shipped except for some custom screen orders and orders recently placed. We hope to complete all remaining orders and new orders within 7 to 14 days from the dates received. All new cameras purchased and cameras in for service have also been shipped including all backorders for the new Canon 1D Mark III cameras.
Some recent product orders and services were delayed beyond our control. Some conventions have also been canceled due to our tremendous work load, current projects and as a decision to better serve and service our customers. We apologize for recent production delays and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Backordered camera focusing screens awaiting parts will be shipped as soon as possible depending on the arrival or the production of parts.
